what happens if the injured person is an Thai ?

1) an minimum of 500,000 baht compensation

2) The company safety records will be scrutinised .

3) The ride will be suspended unless it is company has a periodical plan of certification.

If an foreigner is injured everybody will turn back, how do you expect tourist receive this message from hongkong gentlemen ?

The article needs to name the company and of course note that these are allegations. It is unfair to other similar Pattaya businesses.

On the merits, if this was a second incident, there should also be a criminal negligence investigation. This place needs to be shut down.

Also shame on the hospital. He obviously had a good chance of having a concussion and should have been scanned and held just for that reason alone.

Compensation is appropriate, and should be a fair amount considering the entire loss, assurance of future improvements in safety control measures should be conducted by authorities, or their licence should be revolked

Meanwhile, I doubt the guy will get much, because he would have signed a wavier before participating.
