Following the ongoing controversy of hundreds of millions of baht spent by local officials on expensive street lamps, the Department of Special Investigation has been asked to step in and investigate the projects in the Racha Thewa subdistrict of Samut Prakan, just outside Bangkok. Our illustrious leader in his never-ending fight against corruption.
He was too frightened to reform the RTP a few years back - after saying he would - so he's got to do the probing himself.

These '5 panels to investigate the lamp project'    Are they mains or low voltage panels for the lamps?

Could this be the beginning of an investigation that leads to criminal charges being laid and senior Thai Govt people ending up in jail??   If it does - it will be a first for Thailand.  Fingers crossed.

Even a blind man could figure this out without any panels required (yet more money wasted on a pointless exercise).

Yeah, but he'd need to train his guide dog to tell him whether the lights were working or not.

I'd suggest a flashlight to illuminate the dark corners of this as lamp standards have to be upheld .. but it must a good line of business owning a probe factory given the amount of probing going on ..
