Reads to me this was a city official making a reasonable request who was abused by a dick head for no reason. Yes this does happen in my country sometimes but seemingly with far less frequency than in Thailand which doesn't make it any better and is usually dealt with promptly by the police at the time. I do have a bias you are right I am biased against idiots who see violence as the first port of call in any situation whatever country they are from. -
