This is a good move.....Just a minor change is needed. It should not be "Business Operators".....instead it should be "Business Owners" to be more specific and effective. Business operators are only paid employees. As such they should not be punished. It is the Business Owner who makes the decision and most out of any investments. As such they are the one who should face the consequences......

Taxed already, in the form of subsidies to Thai police wages.

Good move. So they can show, legally more or less, the honeytraps for the bars customer. And the police can charge them, later, too, for paid sex with under 20 years old bargirls

Nah just bar fines have probably trebled. 

The bar owner isn't going to pay more, probably paying cops and every uniformed ratbag that walks in now aside from the muscles bound thug who shows up regularly, so who is left. 

The girl or the Farlung paying "extra" bar fine. Sorry not taking bets on who pays.

Do wonder how they keep track of all the "extra" payments they pay.
