Police have arrested a former Thai model for creating an online investment scam that stole over 100 million baht from victims. According to the Bangkok Post, Wetika Jaija, 30, was arrested in the San Sai district of Chiang Mai at a residential address. She has 11 arrest warrants in different provinces and yet she is roaming freely in the country. Can't the system trigger her presence? I am sure that the police will have a centralized system on the crime data and arrest warrants where the entire country can clearly see through that system. Each country has this. And I wonder what happens to that central surveillance system

Probably not as they do not talk to one another.  They all want to have their photo with the perp and be overnight heroes. TIT 🙄

I know what you mean when people ask me to invest in one of their schemes and the stated return rate on my investment is over 49% it does raise my suspicions a little bit.  😀

Participating in a centralised scheme would reduce the ability of localised 'income streams'
