Whatever survey is done, nothing will change as it has already been  decided in the Eiffel tower...which goes where and who gets what...if who comes next🤣

I’d say the surveyors were working for those in the ivory towers and conducted their survey using guided questions or either that their participants had no idea understanding of the questions asked.

I find it extremely hard to believe that either of these issues would lose a popular vote.  The people in favor would for sure flock to the polls to support it and i just dont know many people that are adamantly  against either of these things
