 Didn't have a gumption to use common sense and look first? I am sure there were lights flashing. And this guy was a mayor running a city? OMG!

Didn't hear the train because of his hearing being impaired by the "music" at the funeral... same song over and over at max volume from 10,000 amp speakers can do that.
