I think, that is strange. No Man will get arrested, if walking around shirtless. This Thai transwoman is, by Thai law (imho), still a man. Or can they change at least in the id card  the name and the gender to "what I want", now?

There is always a consolidation explanation "Mentally not Stable" in almost all  cases that is happening in Thailand. How can a mentally not stable person steal? Many things did not make any sense.
