So he walks into a hospital and attacks the guy several times as shown in the video and police are still gathering evidence?

ok..ok...there was a promise to look into the case. Now the Singaporean can concentrate on his business. He will be informed once the case files are ready. Just wait for the message from the officials.

If one person is whacked by 100 people, then the charges are not severe. No point in waiting for law and enforcement to take its path. Sometimes such incidents need instant act to nip in the bud.
