One of the biggest negatives in Thailand(well tourist areas) are the Eurotrash smoking anywhere and everywhere

Smoking in restaurants when others are trying to eat

 

And it seems Phuket was filled with older low class Europeans this time

 

My mate who lives there agreed and thinks the weed is attracting that crowd

He's polite and aware that many don't like cigarette smoke 

 

He will ask if you mind and many times I didn't 

I'd prefer there would never be smokers but I'm not going to make a fuss if someone is smoking in a bar

 

But when smokers know others don't like it and they light up while others are trying to enjoy their meal, they are lowlifes

Restaurants should be a no no and for me bars are ok for the most part. Even then one should be conscious of which way the smoke is running. One of my biggest hates is some idiot smoking while riding his motorcycle in towns or cities especially when they are stopped at traffic lights. Inconsiderate and pushes it to everyone around him (yes only males do this) as well as subjects it directly to everyone they pass.
