The drunk driving story stinks of government corruption and coverup.  The cops couldn't test the drunk because they didn't have a breathalyzer?  Oh, really.

So, they took him to a hospital at 2 a.m., three hours after the incident, oh, but the hospital didn't have a way to determine blood alcohol levels so they drew blood and sent it to a hospital that did...and that result is still pending...5 weeks later.  5 weeks!

And the miscreant is still roaming free.  Amazing.

This poor old lady is going to get more broken that just her foot and hip.
