That very much amounts to a DIY manual to obtain expensive stuff for free and is bound to inspire some people if the audience is broad enough. That statement doesn't express criticism of the article, just a fascination with the cycle of events triggering news triggering events. Perhaps in the coming few months a few more incidents like this get reported and cross-linked; some people will think it's a rampantly growing phenomenon and wonder about the cause.
