Easy to improve when at bottom of the pile. Most interesting will be this years most improved corrupt country …. That will be the one to monitor and see if Thailand takes that crown as well.

"The main opposition in Thailand, the Puea Thai Party (PTP), is expected to emerge as the largest party in the country’s lower-house election. This would end the premiership of military general, Prayuth Chan-ocha."

I do hope you are correct; the change will be volatile (they will not give away that power easily), but necessary. 😟

Most improved democracy . . . . . 

What were they using as the start line? Democracy in Thailand is non existent, only the illusion of democracy so long as the military has the final say in EVERYTHING.
