Just revoke his taxi permit for 6 months and be it a lesson to him or give him maximum penalty for the officences that he has committed....just put him in jail for few years

I really hope that "many" is an exaggeration out of respect of sensible netizens. 

If true and some of those many netizens would actually make use of such information, imagine the conversation with their potential driver: "What's your name? [...] No, I need it in full to check it against the black-list published by media of unapprehended cabbies that are suspected of being dangerously psychopathic. Show me your id as well so I know you're not lying".

Revoke his taxi permit forever. People who hit-and-run and stab others should not be allowed to near passengers.

Yes I agree - this guy has past form for this sort of thing so he needs to be removed from any job that requires him to interact with the public. He is violent and obviously cannot be trusted. Jail time is the thing he should get!
