I am reminded that one of the very few good things Duterte Harry did, was to put a stop to the "Found bullet in the luggage" scam. He said that the next Customs man to find a bullet in someone's luggage, would personally have to eat it.

 I always carry my cash in my hand through check points... it is permitted and insures that it will not be stolen.
