i see with naked eyes in the south side on daily basis around evening 6 to 8 pm near horizon for almost 10 days.

I think the sunset is in the West, not the South. So Venus in the evening has an Eastern elongation, it means it is visible in the West after sdunset.
As venus is between Sun and earth, you will always see Venus close to the direction of the sun.
