I was driving back from dinner last night and pulled up at a busy Phuket intersection. Two Russian couples on mopeds passing a joint around and being very loud and open about it. They didn't give a crap as to the people staring at them.

Well he did it out in the open and out in public is the problem as that is illegal and the sure gonna say it hurt the elephant somehow. I don't care about the smoking as long as it doesn't disturb anyone, but the idiot should not have filmed it as it is just another thing that the you know who will use it as yet another opportunity to vilify it.

Seems the guy is here as a short time tourist. Must he really consider this kind of matters when there are now more legal places to buy weed at than 7-11s?
