This is a good decision.....however let us keep our fingers crossed for now and see what happens to that particular location after 6 months

Once they have cleared out the existing owners,  it will get "re-zoned" and sold off to the developers that present the fattest brown envelopes.

Very surprising that people pass such opinions and create stories and publish them without knowing facts.

The fire was caught in the club in September 2021 only 1 time, and rumours say it was 3 times. How is it possible???

The club was equipped with all safety measures and No person was injured during the incident and measures for stopping the fire were taken at earliest.

The fire was outburst on 2nd floor of the premises and then renovation of the same was on old structure of ground floor of the building.

Many other constructions and renovations are still undergoing in the walking street sea-side area. They are not questioned ???

I’ sharing some photos of on-going constructions why are they not questioned ???

Then why one business is being looked-over and defamed for renovation of the structure and conduct its business.

Creating a fake news to defame one business is more of a personal or triggered thought.

Or I must say a Paid stunt to stop competitor business.
