Why is a bouncer carrying handcuffs to begin with? He's not law enforcement nor legally allowed to arrest anyone. Let's hope this nutjob doesn't get hired by another club.

Just make sure that the particular club is completely boycotted by tourists and let it be a lesson for the rest. Of course tourists don't care. Because all they want is just temporary enjoyment.

It may be that the tourist is a complete idiot, very many are in bars.  In that case he may have deserved a good slap.  Not condoning this behavior of course, but let's not so quickly say that the  U Tuber (so by definition a suspicious character) is a model of probity, sanity, sobriety and socially acceptable manners.  The chances are, that he is not.

The report said that the tourist thought the water was free - why would it be so difficult to simply inform him that it is not free and that he has to pay for it - very simple. If the guy then refuses to pay for it, he needs to be reported to the police for theft - a security guard should have no right to detain anyone - or at least that is true in most western countries, but I am not sure what the regulations are here.
