I wonder if UK murder detectives are as easily deflected when they have little else to do?

Still it was a nice break for them.

The front line officers that I have worked with are definitely not so easily deflected, they often feel hamstrung by the snowflakes weeping and wailing from their safe spaces though. And questioning a "sick" suspect would have set the "liberals" off.

Only further raises ?????

Why did he as a Brit citizen not go to bat for answers at the time of her disappearance?

Seems it was only her family in Thailand that declared her missing after some time. (months)

If it was my wife, I would be hounding everyone, Police media etc for answers.

No mention of his actions, just that he didn't feel well on the day they wanted to question him.
