A positive comment now, from an ex airline employee who flew through BKK on a regular basis.  The AOT  are excellent in terms on BKK operations, better than many airports in other parts of the World.  The Thai Air Traffic Controllers are also first rate, well trained, excellent English and very professional. BKK was almost always trouble free from an operational point of view, nor always the case at European Airports and some in the US.

I don’t get this at all. Tourism is likely to be at least 25% down on pre-pandemic levels (30 million compared to 40), so how can the economy be returning to “close to pre-pandemic levels”, let alone AOT?  Add to this that exports are also projected to be down 1.5% then it just sounds like smoke and mirrors as usual.
