It kinda looks like he just wanted to block him from passing but didn't realize it was too late to avoid collision. Not really intentional murder, but plenty of reasons to put him in jail anyway - illegally stopping on the side of the highway, refusing a search, resisting arrest, reckless driving, speeding, and generally being an *****.

Bottom line what could've ended with just a fine has now ruined multiple lives - his, the cop's, and the cop's family.

This is very obvious.....intentional to escape. He was on chase, that itself indicates that he is at fault. This is day light murder of a officer who is trying to do his duty. There are multiple charges here. Better put him for maximum sentence. The driver of the sedan is creating all the story.

The outcome is obvious, but the reasons … maybe a different story. Only the future will say.

'Kittitat was interrogated for over three hours and underwent drug and alcohol testing, which revealed no traces of drugs or alcohol in his system.'

They should have checked to see if he had a brain.  I don't fancy his chances in jail,
