This is going to be the norm in the news. Just in CM there are tons of small shops that seem to be in the same way, and many are not even cannabis shops but double as a coffee shops and whatever you have it. Also many of them on side streets have foreigners sitting in there openly by themselves talking sales. This shop in this article just lost 175 bags. wonder what the weight content was, but in any course it has to be a sting to it unless it is low quality.
