I am pretty sure this is another moped accident. Even day time they are dangerous and if night then the visibility is not very clear as most of the Thai roads don't have proper street lights. Only in the housing area and around the city it is very bright. Just few Kilometers outskirt it is pitch dark street. Even when I ride from along the national highways at night due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to use all the 5 spot lights in my bike to have a clear vision of the road.
