An expensive fire!  Better batteries and charge monitoring/thermal protection required in my opinion.  Either that or a short circuit but good installation should prevent that happening.

Shhh...  doesn't fit the eco-warrior narrative. Ever seen a lithium battery burn? Even just the little torch\power tool size batteries are pretty spectacular when they go off bang.
