Thai government officials are moving quickly to quash a rumour being spread throughout social media that they are charging hospitals VAT for vaccines. Of course those geriatrics in government are profiteering from vaccines.

Haven't we seen this type of scenario happening before?

1. The government deny what they say is a rumour.

2. A couple of days later the government say even if they had been considering it, there are no plans to implement it.

3. The following week it's officially announced as government policy.

There will be some kickback to the government officials somewhere.

Administration fee. Delivery fee. Pen signature ink fee. Discounts at the hospitals?

I've have it. They will not provide the vaccines unless the hospitals buy the syringes for the vaccines, and they will be subjected to VAT.
