Will the police be checking the hands of likely offenders, looking for spray paint?

Or perhaps like The Life of Brian, the police will be subjecting likely offenders to handwriting tests by writing the same text on other pieces of rock?

Love the sentiment.

Hate the rock painting.

A far more constructive course of action would be to put a bullet in the back of Putin's head and put an end to the slaughter.

Not feasible from PKT, though. Better to do it on a business shopfront catering mainly to Russians.

So instead of a just a few people walking down the beach seeing it, now thousands of people know about it. The publicity must have exceeded the graffiti artist’s wildest dreams. Just to remind everyone, it’s on Phuket’s Nai Thon beach. They’ll be street food available if numbers are large enough.

I'd wager 10 Baht the rock artist is a Russian who isn't buying the Putin Hero and Savior cartoon, and very likely why said Russian(s) flew to Phuket in the first place.   Crack open a cold one and be patient.  RTP's CSI Squad will sort this mystery in the next few days.

From the full Thaiger article, top of the page:

"Russians make up Phuket’s biggest tourist group. In November, Phuket saw 55,097 Russian tourists arriving on its shores. In December, the president of the Southern Thai Hotels Association said Russians made up about 25% of the island province’s total number of visitors."

Probably some US empire affiliated wanker. Seems no normal Thai ppl are buying the cartoon Putin boogeyman narrative

But then, no-one outside the third world is buying Czar Vladimir's vision of a new Russian Empire, either. If Thais don't seem to be buying the US line,  it because they are not buying anyones line, as they are culturally unable to see anything that is not on their immediate border.

No, most Thais aren’t interested in anything beyond their borders and so don’t understand the disgusting excuse for a human that runs Russia. There’s no “narrative”, just facts.

The Foreign Minister of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, has expressed his appreciation to Thailand for remaining neutral over the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Sadly the Thais could not reciprocate their gratitude for his appreciation with those HUGE brown envelopes.

They just have a HUGE problem of finding someone who wants Russian rubles.😂
