The headline states that Starbucks ruined a family's dream holiday? How? They cancelled it knowing they had non refundable tickets. That's not on Starbucks.  

Another typical American couple trying to cash in. 😢

Are you dense? They might have had a budget they were on. Budget or not, $4,456 is a big amount to just leave and forget about. Yes their family holiday was interrupted and all the blame goes to your cousin the barista!!!

After visiting a couple of times Starbucks I realized that it is not "Starbucks" but "Starsucks". I would rather prefer to go to the street vendor to enjoy a local cup of coffee.
