in search for wood worker

Hi Guys,

I will come right to the point; I am living in Samroiyod (45 km under Hua Hin)and looking for a worker (chang) who can work on wooden roof.

Not any Chang, but somebody who knows his material, where to get it and how to work with it.

My roof is leaking and although I know how to fix it. I cannot find the material that I am used to and I am not flexible in a way that I feel this is something that I need to do.  

Now alle Thai will be quickly to say that they can do it, but in practice, few of them can and if they can even than even fewer can work skillfully.

I had an address in Chaam on the Pethkasem, but they went out of business.

Hi diego,

I think i found your man.

He is quality carpenter with shop near khon kaen. He and his guys adaptively re-use lumber from old Thai homes. He also creates functional wood furniture.

Has a building crew.

Reasonable rates.
