What happened here?

I bet they were having a couple's argument. The type usually instigated by women. And she was blowing off a threat he made and insulting him somehow. Alcohol involved. And he went oh yeah ? Watch this. 

Note to men. Don't take them seriously when they start doing this. Go for a walk. 

This happens on cruise ships a lot. Usually it's the woman who goes overboard. Literally
