Not only is she hot, she screwed over the RTP. Big time. REALLY big time.

It was actually her who was screwed over initially. Happens every day all over the country - the only difference here is the inflated amount, her fame, and her tenacity in pursuing the matter. Glad she did, though unfortunately I don't think this would change anything - maybe they'll just keep a low profile for a while.

This will die down and the police that were "transferred" will return to their posts or have a similar post given to them with the admonition, "Don't get caught again."

I have zero anticipation that any of these cops will be disciplined for what is widely considered normal behavior...screw the farang.

Taiwanese actress alleges 'police extortion'

(Image from the BP. She's about to 'snip snip' you know who)

@Pinga & @MrStretch

You are both correct; it would be naïve in the extreme to think that incident alone will change the culture of corruption at the RTP.

However, I think that you are looking at it incorrectly. Tomorrow and the next we will be returning to our disgust at the corruption, but today...

Today we should celebrate this hot feisty Taiwanese actress who gave the entire RTP a swift kick in the goonies, AND rejoice in the rare fact that there is not a damn thing that they can do about it.

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!

'Eat, Drink and be Merry...'
