Sorry, but this just made me laugh.  Away my hearties . There are so many pirates in Pattaya that its difficult to care one way or the other

Has the boat been audited as worthy to be on the high seas or river? The Marine Department benched it because the boat was meant for the Chao Phraya Rivee and not on the sea of Pattaya.

Shiver me timbers more importantly has the insurance  been increased lately Arrrh?
