They are here already, although not formally - probably "independent" bookings on Chinese flights, into Chinese owned hotels, and tours booked on Chinese owned coaches with Chinese tour guides.

No one turned up to the scene to address the problem yesterday so locals put red cones on the drain to warn pedestrians about the gaping hole in the sewer below.

No one died so it is slated for next month, or the month after or maybe next year. TIT

That practice was stamped out years ago. It’s considered illegal in Thailand. Independent tourism from China has gained significant momentum since the 2016 crackdown.

That is why it is called "Ancient" city
