These type of articles are getting a little too much. Three sentences of the subject and then 5 paragraphs of regurgitated past happenings trying to link it in as the same matter. Come on, write a piece on the subject matter only and stop trying to make it look like something of more interest. Yuck!

How about describe what a line buoy is, show an example of a picture and maybe state exactly how he was tangled up in it or how a person perhaps could get tangled up in one if indeed it is even possible at all without other complications like fishing line involved etc. Add peculation is still out if he was drinking or drunk or not? Not that I think any Russian tourists ever drink and get drunk. Maybe try to add the sea conditions of how smoothe or rough the water was. Be inventive.

Indeed, constantly linking deaths that have no link is just strange at this point and bad journalism.  You can do better Thaiger.
