The chairman of the Lawyers Association of Thailand has said the government has failed its duty to protect the health of the Thai people by ordering more Sinovac vaccines instead of pursuing brands more effective against the Delta variant of Covid-19 fast becoming the dominant strain in Thailand. So, if correct, $17 per dose.

 

Hardly cheap.

 

Edit: the going rate for Pfizer is reported as $14; J&J - $9; AZ - $5, so that's more than three times as much as either AZ or J&J (single dose).

And in the meantime they wasting their time on getting each other on court... every time wasting more time and more people die... people tired of the wait and slowly unprofessional doing of the government... maybe time to listen what the people want.. but they just ignore them because they think they know it better.. so far they do not know it better slowly as a snail

From 1932 to 2014 there had been a coup every 6.3 years, on average. The last installed the present government. Each of those coups were against the government that had all the guns. This may be why the current batch seems a bit on edge.
