You can't make something like this up. Even if they do get new diesel train engines, it will have the same effect no matter what as not even they are clean.

They are total fools. What are they going to buy. Brand new diesel engines trains with filters to remove much of the visible smoke while allowing the dangerous PM2.5 to escape? It’s just total and utter face saving BS. Why can’t they see that their childish comments make them lose more face?
