Given that they have resorted to using Surface to Air missiles to attack ground targets in Ukraine I highly doubt that Russian ship has ever seen a hypersonic missile.

The USA and Canada are two of the largest foreign aid donors to South Africa. taxpayers should be asking their governments why that is if South Africa has  enough money on hand to have  fun on the ocean with  Russia.
