The species of tiger in Thailand is known as an Indochinese Tiger. It's a highly endangered species. There are some 250 Indochinese Tigers left in the wild. Poaching becomes endemic in the 20th century and most of these tigers are believed to be in Burma and Thailand only. Southern China, Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam either poached the felines or during the Vietnam War killed them. Remember Agent Orange that killed vegetation, it also caused harm to the environment, fauna and flora, and thousands of unaccounted human sufferings and death.
