On reading the individual party comments, it’s only the Move Forward Party that seem to understand what “Military reform” means. The rest seem obsessed with conscription. That’s not a reform of the Military and it’s certainly way down the order of issues when it comes to the Military.

And here I thought they were thinking of getting the regime out of running the govement, from trying to contro lthe people and always having control in all the big companies. Fat chance of that I guess.
