My stepson was interviewed for an exchange program for 4 years scholarship to 4 Universities in the US

Boston, NYC, Palo Alto, Berkley

 

He came in 27th out of 300, they are taking 25, so he is 2nd on the wait list if 2 of the 25 don't accept

 

And I told my wife it's very possible 2 won't accept because even with a scholarship, there are many other expenses, especially in those cities
