rememebr this on the news like it was yesterday. The party group and the guy obviously should have done the right correct honest thing and got her help and then she would be alive today. And even if he did not and misjudged the situation he should have called the authorities after she was passed away. 8 years is a lot compared to other heinous crimes in Thailand that get way less.

8 years is too much. They were all drunk and skunks then hung over when this happened.

We've all probably handled a passed out drunken body before . Usually it's not a big deal.
