Real-estate agents and visa experts in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand are swamped with inquiries from Chinese nationals trying to flee the motherland. They want to buy condos and they want to stay. Running away to Southeast Asia is a tantalising prospect after three years locked up or down, depending on your point of view. Many …

Looks good now....just think what will happen 10 or 20 years down the road. This is another way of economic invasion to those areas where is good returns in the long run. This is also another way to prevent the stability of renminbi against major currencies....especially USD. A good way to convert the currency and sustain the value of it

I thought the CCP had introduced rules about taking wealth out of China?

Is Emperor Xi's control starting to slip?

Did he tighten the noose too far with his draconian measures?

Are the Chinese seeing the writing on the wall as to the economic collapse?

As much as I almost sympathise with these Chinese as their want to rule the world leader XI and his CCP cronies are all smelly shite, the problem is there are simply way way too many of them and it turns into an invasion where ever they go. Most countries (except N. Korea, Russia, Iran, Afghanastan, Pakistan etc) need to put a full limit on how many Chinese are able to buy and relocate into their country as looking at yearly blocks. If too many then forbid them to buy and relocate there.

Atcile quote: For members of those who want to “move their money” outside the country- often cleaning it thoroughly in the process

What ever the cleaning it thoroughly process is I would gather. He may let them do this as he sees it as a way to sneakily invade every country.

Heard it all in 2008. Then 2015. Then 2020.

Meanwhile there's a real collapse in the UK.

You have to laugh that when Chinese nationals invest abroad it is painted as fleeing while when nearly any other country’s nationals invest abroad it is attributed to pent up demand.

So you have heard it all and then deflect onto the UK.

Lot of western companies have woken up to the fact they are too reliant on supply from China. They are moving or building factories in other countries.

I know a few food and drink factory in Vietnam that are total Chinese shells pretending to be Vietnamese. Some here in Thailand as well that have links but nothing like I saw in VN. So from what I know and have seen and applying it to this Run Culture exodus supposed to be in its' stages of blossoming, there willcertainly be a lot of the same phony masquerading going on but no telling on how many increases by the fold it will be. Nothing comes out of that country in little numbers.

Yeah but the employees will be Vietnamese. It will pay taxes in Vietnam. It will pay for utilities used. The profits will of course go to the Chinese owner but most likely he will not be sending that cash back to dear old China.

Well some that I personally know had their sales and majority of management staff all from China. For housing of these Run Culture want to get away from the CCP Chinese folk, my guess it will after a period look like a complete influx saturation of invasion like pre-Covid was getting, got at. Just always lopsided and overkill with them. Never anything on par with with all the rest of foreigners because there are literally way too many of them in this world. That’s the shame. Let’s just hope it remains under control and the ones who inevitably will do the jump are not typical of what we normally see.
