A backhoe digger accidentally pulled down some electric wires and a traffic sign, knocking a woman off her motorcycle while she was riding past the spot, on Jomtien Beach Road in Pattaya. The incident happened yesterday, January 10, in front of Soi Jomtien 12 on Jomtien Beach Road in the Bang Lamung district of Pattaya. A 46 year old woman named Yenjit Anchuen lay injured on the road by her motorcycle. She's hopefully going to make a full recovery.
It looks like a sheet metal sign. If it was wooden, she could claim to be delayed by a 'board meeting'.

Now the question is there should be no cranes or excavators within 10 meter radius from any over head power lines. How come this excavator comes closer to the power line. It is lucky that she and the excavator escaped form a possible electrocution as the excavator is a good earthing point for the power line.
