A reckless sedan driver fled from the scene of a deliberate crash after smashing into a motorcycle taxi rider and dragging him about five metres on a road in Bangkok. The motorcyclist was injured in the collision but miraculously survived. Another motorcycle rider chased after the negligent motorist but could not catch him. "The identity of the driver and the charges that have been filed against them have not been publicly disclosed by the police"... Obviously the driver was not a falang. Equally obvious that he is more than likely Thai HiSo and will not be named at all, nor will the charges be released.

Might be related to Red Bull, will no doubt join his son overseas on holiday for a few years and not worry about his victim or his victims family. Time Thai Authorities stopped being a laughing stock in the world and really do their job and show that they're really trying to combat the corruption within their legal system, like rich boys getting away with murder because daddy pays the police off. Not a good look.
