I would be surprised the Jalapenos gain any traction

 

I have about 30 different peppers in the fridge, from one form or another

 

And Ao looks at them all as an affront on her beloved Thai chilis   :)

Jalapeno's are great with many dishes or salads, or in sandwiches.  We use them a lot and will give some to friends, especially one Mexican-American.  Only need to sell 3 or 4 jars in this large expat community to break even.

I was thinking your wifey was selling them to Thais and would have been surprised 

 

Ao won't touch any of my peppers 

And I have all kinds...

 

Although she did like some of the hot sauces in Mexico
