Police in India reported that two of the men involved in the air rage incident on a flight from Bangkok to Kolkata will be charged. I doubt the charges of restraint and criminal intimidation would hold up in court, but that's not what matters.
I have only 2 questions: 1) why are some people [at least the passengers involved] so stupid? 2) was the backache of the victim/(indirect) instigator cured by the exercise/altercation?

Felt so sorry for the cabin crew on this flight. I think the biggest mistake here was continuing the take off sequence when it appears that the bloke was refusing to bring his seat upright before take off. Should have gone back to the stand and let the BIB take him off the flight. Pretty sure the nice bed he would have got in the cells would have cured his back problems.

It was a slap fight common. Unacceptable behavior but what do you want to give them ? 10 years ?
