"A Thai woman took to social media to expose a corrupt police officer from Mueang Khon Kaen Police Station in the Isaan province of Khon Kaen" This could just as easily apply to any officer in any police station in Thailand, the corruption is institutional, I wonder if those above him are also getting their cut? -

Guessing the perpetrators have more money/better connected than the victim. Thai 'justice' is a worldwide joke!!!! -

That would certainly tend to indicate guilt, I hope the family don't accept an enhanced bribe and this piece of dirt gets the jail time he deserves.
