This is not the way to create alertness in motorists. This is asking for more trouble and causing panic among the motorists. Just make sure that there are proper street lights bright enough to see the roads clearly at night and patch up all the potholes properly. Also make sure to have reflective warning signs ahead to alert oncoming vehicles and most important, tow away all the vehicles that are parked along the sides of the road blocking the traffic, especially at night

The same rocket scientists tonight blocked off one lane on the same stretch of road during peak traffic this evening. Why, to hold a self congratulatory ceremony for 100 of their staff and colleagues. I always thought it was deemed unacceptable to "pleasure onesself" in public in Thailand!

Definitely silly season on the roads. went to the local shops today and nearly had 3 accidents on a very overpopulated main road with imbeciles from Bangkok that have no patience whatsoever. 

Bangkok plates give them away all the time in rural areas.

Cut off by one car that raced into the Tesco parking lot, parked, jumped out very quickly, leaned on the bonnet and had a cigarette.

Just control more travic rules! Everybody needs a driving licens! The vehicles must have a good functioning light, breaks and good body , not rusty! The drivers must not be intoxicated!  And no overspeed! 

The accidents will trop enormously!
