Without wanting to cast aspersions on the nation’s magnificent electricity supply infrastructure I’m not sure I’d choose a power line support pole for a quick bunk up.

So if the fine for the "offense" is 500 baht - why was he fined 5000 baht? 4500 extra for the officers or what?!

To put this in persepctive - the @%^@^$# who wanked in front of children while driving a motorcycle was fined only 3000 baht (which in itself is arbitrary too).

So by Pattaya logic it is worse to act indecently on the street at 4am, than in the middle of the day while children are actually watching? Makes sense, Pattaya.
