Looks like not a professional thief. If he had pulled the glass door violently, the magnetic lock will give way. It is better to have a grill door instead of glass door.

No it wouldn't. The average magnetic lock can withstand up to 1,200 lbs of force, all the way up to 2,000 lbs of force. I speak from the experience of fitting them.

It is normal as the glass door are only held by two magnetic strips. These glass doors are only for cosmetic looks. In reality it is not a protection door. That is the reason in Malaysia many gold shops are equipped with grill door. Once the customer is in the shop the door is locked internally. Basically the customer will be like insider a cell. That gives better protection for the gold. Of course insurance and security service also plays a major role
